Cadwell Park podium

Cadwell Park was a roller coaster weekend, literally! We worked hard from Saturday Free Practice, right through the weekend. Qualifying saw me going half a second faster than I've ever gone around Cadwell, an amazing step and a testament to the Moto Rapido team showing how far we've come.

Cadwell is one of those circuits where you can either feel really good, or really bad. And to be honest I didn't feel amazing from the get-go, but we worked so hard all the way to the races where I felt like I gave myself a shot to get a podium both days.

Unfortunately, I missed out on a podium battle on the Saturday and then lost out on the win on Sunday. But what an amazing turn-around to go from a fourth-place finish on Sunday to be able to fight for the victory on the Monday.

It was a shame to lose the win on the last lap, but I definitely gave absolutely everything to it. We consolidated the championship lead to nine points which is always good but it's obviously not the main focus at the moment as that's to try and win each race.

So, we’ll head to Donington with full focus. It’s a really strong place for us where we got the double win there earlier in the season, so we’ll try and pick up where we left off.
